Refund Policy
Effective October 31, 2026
The short version: you can cancel any time and you won’t be charged again. An unused credit pack can be refunded within 14 days. If a renewal went through that you meant to cancel, tell us within 7 days and, as long as you haven’t used the new period’s credits, we’ll refund it. We don’t refund time or credits you’ve already used. If something goes wrong on our side, write to us and we’ll put it right.
1. Who processes your payment
Payments for OrngPages are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order. Your card statement shows Lemon Squeezy, not OrngPages. Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with, in the original currency. A refund can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service. Lemon Squeezy’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
2. Plans
- Cancel any time. Go to your Billing page and choose Cancel subscription. You won’t be charged again. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Then you’re on Free: the site you published most recently stays live without its own domain, and the others go offline. Those sites and their data stay for 90 days, and choosing a plan again in that time brings them back; we email you before anything is deleted. Your pack credits stay.
- No refunds for partly used periods. When you cancel, we don’t refund the rest of the current month or year. A plan’s monthly credits are included in its price and aren’t refunded separately.
- A renewal you meant to cancel. If your plan renewed and you didn’t mean it to, write to us within 7 days of the renewal. If you haven’t used any of the credits that came with it, we’ll refund the renewal in full and end the plan straight away. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.
- Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, so there’s nothing to refund. Moving to a bigger plan is charged straight away; that charge follows the same rules as any other plan payment.
- Deleting your account cancels your plan at once and doesn’t refund the rest of the period. If you want a refund you’re entitled to under this policy, ask before you delete the account.
3. Credit packs and credits
- A credit pack is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used any of its credits.
- A pack you’ve started using, or one bought more than 14 days ago, isn’t refundable. Pack credits don’t expire while your account is open, so you can keep using them.
- The 50 welcome credits are free, so there’s nothing to refund. Credits have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.
- You’re never charged credits for a request that fails or times out, so there’s nothing to claim back for those.
- Templates cost a fixed number of credits, shown before you use one. Those credits are used once the template is applied, like credits used on any other job. A template that can’t be applied isn’t charged.
4. When something goes wrong on our side
If we charged you twice, charged you after you cancelled, or the Service didn’t work for you because of a fault on our side, write to us. We’ll refund the charge or the credits affected, whichever puts things right. If we ever stop offering the Service, we’ll refund the unused part of any plan you’ve paid for in advance.
5. What a refund changes on your account
- A refund takes back the credits that payment paid for, in the same proportion as the amount refunded. They come first from what’s left of those credits on your account.
- Credits you already used are paid from your other monthly and pack credits (never your welcome credits). Anything they don’t cover becomes an outstanding balance that your next credits pay off first. Until then, AI changes are paused; your site stays live and you can still edit it yourself.
- A full refund of your latest plan payment ends the plan straight away, and you’re on Free as above. A partial refund keeps your plan running.
- We email you a summary of every refund: what was refunded and what it changed.
6. Customers in the EU and UK
You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. When you ask for the Service to start straight away, for example by using credits or publishing a site, you agree that it starts immediately and that you lose the right to withdraw for what you’ve already used. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund what you haven’t used yet. Nothing in this policy limits the rights the law gives you.
7. Please talk to us before disputing a charge
If a charge looks wrong, write to us first: it’s faster than a dispute with your bank, and we can usually sort it out the same day. A chargeback is treated as a full refund of that payment (as in section 5), and new purchases on your account are paused until it’s resolved.
Lemon Squeezy, as the merchant of record, may also refund a purchase itself within 60 days, for example to prevent a dispute. Those refunds change your account in the same way.
8. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt and a line on why. We usually reply within 2 business days, and once we approve a refund, Lemon Squeezy sends it straight away.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. A change applies to purchases made after it’s published here, with the date at the top of the page. It never takes away a refund you already asked for.
