The short version: you own your site and your content. You’re responsible for what you publish, so check what the AI writes. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time. AI work uses credits that match its real cost, as explained on our pricing page, and requests that fail are free. If your site sells, you’re the seller: the sale and its payment are between you and your buyer. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using the Service. Don’t use OrngPages for anything illegal, misleading or harmful. These short notes don’t replace the full terms below.
1. The agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and OrngPages (“we”, “us”), a service operated by a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. They apply when you create an account or use our website, app, AI assistant or hosting (together, the “Service”). By signing up or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that business.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
Give us accurate information, and keep your email address current: that’s where leads, receipts and important notices go.
Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.
An account is for one person or business.
3. The AI assistant
The Service uses AI models to write, design and change your website and to answer questions about your project. AI can get things wrong. It may write something inaccurate, invent a detail, or produce a design you don’t like. In particular:
Check before you publish. You’re responsible for the accuracy of everything on your site, including prices, opening hours, claims about your services, licences, reviews and testimonials. Replace any placeholder the assistant adds.
Every change is saved as a version, so you can undo it. Undoing is free.
The assistant isn’t a lawyer, accountant or other professional adviser, and its answers aren’t professional advice.
Similar requests can produce similar results, so other customers may receive output that resembles yours.
Don’t try to make the assistant break these Terms, get around its limits, or reveal how it’s configured.
4. Plans, credits and payment
Welcome credits
Once you verify your email you get 50 welcome credits, once per person. Building your first site uses them like any other AI work. To stop repeat sign-ups, we may hold them back from an account that looks like a second one, for example when several accounts are created from the same network in a day or with a throwaway email address. If that happens to you by mistake, email us.
The Free plan
Without a paid plan you’re on Free. You can keep 1 project live at its own address on our domain, within the Free limits shown on our pricing page. Connecting your own domain, keeping more projects live, and OrngBot, our chat assistant, need a paid plan.
Subscriptions
Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
Your plan renews automatically each month or year, depending on the one you pick, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period until you cancel. Our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, is the merchant of record for all orders: it processes payments and handles sales tax, and its own terms apply to the purchase.
You can cancel any time from the Billing page, with Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your sites stay live until then. When the plan ends you’re on Free and its monthly credits end: the site you published most recently stays live at its address on our domain (its own domain is disconnected), and your other sites go offline. Those sites and their data stay for 90 days, and choosing a plan again in that time brings them back. After that they’re deleted; we email you 14 and 3 days before. Your account and pack credits stay.
On the Free plan, if you don’t sign in or use the Service for 12 months, your sites and their data are deleted. We email you 30 and 7 days before, and signing in keeps them. Your account and pack credits stay.
If a renewal payment fails, your sites stay live for 7 days while you update your payment details. After that the plan ends as described above until it’s paid. Your work isn’t deleted.
When you move to a bigger plan, the change and its extra monthly credits apply straight away. When you move to a smaller plan, the change applies at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Plans don’t limit how many projects you have; they limit how much AI, data and storage your projects use together. If your projects use more than a smaller plan includes, nothing is deleted: new uploads and your own additions pause until you’re under. Each plan has a fair-use limit on live projects; if you have more than the new plan allows, you choose which stay online, or (for example when you change plans in the billing portal) the ones you published most recently stay online. The others go offline then, and aren’t deleted. A subscription keeps the price it was bought at until you change plans.
Credits
AI work (changes, new sections and pages, redesigns, building a site and answering questions) uses credits. Credits match real AI usage: one credit is one US cent of the AI cost behind the work, and a job uses what the work needs, up to your balance. The assistant shows what each job used once it’s done, and your Billing page shows your usage for the month. Undo, publishing, editing your site yourself and receiving form messages don’t use credits.
Starting a site from a template is the one job with a fixed price instead: the template shows its price in credits before you use it, and it’s charged once, when the template is applied. If it can’t be applied, you aren’t charged.
If a request fails or times out, you aren’t charged. If your credits run out partway through a job, the assistant stops there and keeps what it finished, and it continues from where it stopped once you have credits again. Your balance never goes below zero. The one exception is below.
A plan’s monthly credits refill every month, on yearly plans too. Unused monthly credits don’t carry over, and they end when your plan ends. Welcome credits and credits you buy in a pack don’t expire while your account is open. Monthly credits are used first, then welcome credits, then pack credits.
Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and are lost if your account is deleted.
We give at least 30 days’ notice, on the pricing page and by email, before we raise a plan price or the value of a credit. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice ends. If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel before then.
Refunds
A credit pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used any of it.
When a payment is refunded, in full or in part, we take back the credits it paid for in the same proportion: first from what’s left of them on your account. Credits you already used are paid from your monthly and pack credits (never your welcome credits); anything they don’t cover becomes a negative balance that your next credits pay off first. Until then, AI changes are paused; your site stays live and you can still edit it yourself.
A full refund of your latest plan payment ends the plan straight away, as described above. A partial refund keeps the plan running.
If you dispute a payment with your bank (a chargeback), it’s treated as a full refund, and new purchases are paused until it’s resolved.
Subscription payments aren’t refunded for partly used periods, except for a renewal you meant to cancel (see the Refund Policy), where the law requires it, or where we agree otherwise.
Customers in the EU and UK: you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. When you ask for the Service to start straight away (for example by using credits or publishing a site), you agree that it starts immediately and that you lose the right to withdraw for what you’ve already used.
You own your content: the text, images, logos, files and information you add, and the site the Service makes for you. We don’t claim ownership of any of it.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt, display and publish your content, only as needed to run, secure and improve the Service for you. This includes sending it to our AI and hosting providers. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that are still in backups for a short time.
You promise you have the rights to everything you add, and that publishing it won’t break the law or anyone else’s rights, including copyright, trademark and privacy. This includes a website you ask us to read when you start: only give us the address of a site that’s yours, or whose content you’re allowed to reuse.
Stock photos the assistant adds come from Pexels and are covered by the Pexels licence. Check that a photo is right for your use, especially if it shows people or brands.
6. Our service
The Service, including our software, AI instructions, templates, design components and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms. You may use our templates and design components as part of the sites you build, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute them separately, or copy the Service itself.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service, or a site built with it, to:
break any law, or help someone else break one;
deceive people, including phishing, scams, fake businesses, fake reviews, or pretending to be another person, business or brand;
infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
publish sexually explicit material, content that exploits children, or content that promotes violence, terrorism, harassment or hatred of any group;
sell illegal goods or services, or regulated ones (such as weapons, drugs or gambling) without the licences the law requires;
send spam, or collect people’s information without a lawful reason or without telling them;
collect sensitive information through your forms, such as health details, payment card or bank details, passwords or government ID numbers (a store’s checkout never asks for card details: buyers enter them on Stripe’s own page);
upload malware, attack or probe the Service, get around its security or usage limits, or put an unreasonable load on it;
scrape the Service, use it to build a competing product, or resell access to it without a Custom plan agreement with us.
We may remove content, take a site offline or suspend an account that breaks these rules. To report a site built with OrngPages, email [email protected].
8. Leads, orders and your customers’ data
When your site collects enquiries or orders, you are responsible for them as the controller of that personal information. You must have a lawful basis to collect and use it, give any privacy notice the law requires, and respond to your customers’ requests about their information.
We act as your processor for those leads. We process them only to provide the Service and on your instructions, which are these Terms and how you use the Service. We keep them confidential and secure, use the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy under similar obligations, help you answer your customers’ requests, tell you without undue delay about a breach affecting them, and delete them when you delete the site or your account. If you need a signed data processing agreement, email us. This also covers your buyers’ order details (names, contact details, delivery addresses and what they ordered), and the order emails we send to your buyers in your business’s name, from our email domain, with replies going to you. A buyer’s request to see, correct or delete their details is yours to answer; we help you do it.
The same applies to OrngBot, our chat assistant for websites: the conversations visitors have with it and the details they leave for you. It answers only from the information you give it, but it can still get things wrong, so check its answers and keep that information current. What it tells your visitors is part of your site, and yours to stand behind. Only give it information you have the right to use. Tell your visitors about it in your own privacy notice where the law requires.
Lead alerts by text message or WhatsApp are optional, depend on the phone networks, and have a monthly limit. Don’t rely on them alone for anything urgent.
9. Online stores
This section applies when your site takes orders.
You are the seller. The sale is between you and your buyer. We provide the software that shows your products, takes the order and sends the emails; we are not a party to the sale. We don’t take payment for it, and we don’t hold, collect, route or split money for you. We are not a payment facilitator and we take no fee on your sales.
What you’re responsible for
what you sell being legal where you sell and deliver it, and matching how you describe it;
prices, fees and any tax you add (we only apply the rate you set), and collecting and paying taxes on your sales;
fulfilling orders, delivery, returns, refunds, chargebacks, receipts and customer service, as your store policies say;
your store policies (returns, shipping, privacy) being accurate and meeting consumer law where your buyers are, including distance-selling and withdrawal rights where they apply. Your store comes with a policies page: fill in the marked details and keep it accurate;
product safety and labelling;
contacting buyers only about their orders, unless they agreed to more.
What you can’t sell
Anything section 7 forbids, plus weapons and ammunition, drugs and drug paraphernalia, tobacco and vaping products, alcohol (unless you’re licensed and check ages), prescription medicines, adult content, counterfeit or stolen goods, gift cards or money equivalents, and anything regulated that you’re not licensed to sell. We may pause ordering, hide products or close a store that breaks this, usually after telling you.
How buyers pay
You choose the ways your store takes payment: cash on delivery or pickup, bank transfer, a payment method of your own (for example a mobile wallet), or cards.
Cash, bank transfer and your own method: buyers pay you directly by the instructions you give. We only show those instructions and let you mark an order as paid.
Cards: card payments go through your own Stripe account. You connect it by giving us a restricted Stripe key that can only create checkout sessions and read payments, plus the signing secret of the payment notification you add in Stripe, or, where we offer it, by approving our app on Stripe’s own page. We never ask for your Stripe password or a full secret key. What you give us is stored encrypted and used only to create checkout sessions and confirm their payment for your store. Buyers type their card details on Stripe’s own checkout page, never on ours, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Stripe’s terms and fees apply between you and Stripe. Refunds and chargebacks are handled in your Stripe account. You can disconnect at any time from your Store settings.
Orders and stock
We check prices and stock when an order is placed and when a buyer confirms by email, but we don’t guarantee that stock counts are right or that a buyer will pay or collect. On sites using their own domain, buyers confirm their order by email before it reaches you; unconfirmed orders expire after 24 hours. Orders placed in your site’s preview are test orders: they aren’t real sales, take no stock, send no emails and take no payment.
Plans and the orders ceiling
The store is part of every plan, Free included. If your plan ends, a store on the site that stays live keeps taking orders under the Free limits; the products, past orders and pages of the sites that go offline are kept as section 4 describes. Each plan has a monthly ceiling on orders, set to stop floods rather than limit normal trade. Past it, your checkout sends orders to you as order requests until the next month or until you move to a bigger plan, and your Store settings say so.
Disputes with buyers
Disputes about payment, delivery, quality or refunds are between you and the buyer. We may share a buyer’s order details with you or with them when needed to resolve a complaint about our software. Our Refund Policy covers only what you pay us; refunds to your buyers are yours, under your store policies.
10. Web addresses and domains
Each site gets a free web address on our domain. We can change it if it’s misleading, infringes someone’s rights or is needed for the Service.
On a paid plan you can connect a domain you own. You stay responsible for registering and renewing it and for its settings at your registrar. We don’t sell domains.
When a site goes offline or your account closes, its addresses stop showing your site.
11. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service and your sites online, but we can’t promise they’ll never be interrupted. We may need maintenance time, and we rely on providers outside our control. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something important you’re paying for, we’ll tell you in advance. If we ever shut the Service down, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your data.
You can download an export of your data from the Account page at any time. Keep your own copies of anything important.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately and permanently deletes your sites, chats, files and leads.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if you don’t pay, or if the law requires it. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your data. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we’ll refund the unused part of any prepaid plan.
Sections 5 to 9 and 13 to 16 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
13. Disclaimers
As far as the law allows, the Service, your sites and everything the AI produces are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise or warranty, express or implied. The only promises we make are the ones these Terms state. We make no others, including about fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free service, security, the accuracy of AI output, your data never being lost, or the number of leads, visits, orders or customers your site will get. You use the Service at your own risk: check your site before you publish it, and keep your own copies of anything important.
14. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage arising from or related to the Service, your sites, the AI’s output, your sales or these Terms, however it’s caused (including negligence) and whatever the claim (contract, tort or otherwise). This includes:
indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, and lost profits, revenue, sales, business, goodwill, data or content;
a site being offline, slow, wrong or broken, for any reason;
your products and your buyers: their payments or non-payment, card payments, refunds or chargebacks in your Stripe account, deliveries, and taxes on your sales;
anything done or not done by a third party, including our providers, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, your domain registrar, your buyers and your site’s visitors.
Where the law doesn’t let us exclude a liability completely, our total liability for all claims together is limited to the lower of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the first claim, or US$50, and any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes rights you have as a consumer.
15. Your responsibility for claims
If someone, including one of your buyers or visitors, brings a claim against us because of your content, your site, what you sell and how you fulfil it, how you use your leads and your buyers’ details, or your breach of these Terms or the law, you will defend us and cover all our costs and losses from that claim, including reasonable legal fees. We’ll tell you about the claim promptly and let you help defend it. This section doesn’t apply to consumers where the law doesn’t allow it.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the Service. If you’re a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and can also bring a claim in your local courts.
Before starting a formal claim, please email [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue with you.
17. General
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. For a material change we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms. If you don’t agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then. Terms for a new feature, such as online stores, apply from when you first use it.
Notices. We send notices to your account email. You can send notices to [email protected].
Transfer. You can’t transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganisation of the business, and this doesn’t reduce your rights.
Events outside our control. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can’t reasonably control, such as outages at our providers, internet failures, natural disasters or government action.
Whole agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the prices on our pricing page are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
